Camp notes

We have lots of fun activities planned and we will hopefully be spending most of the time outside enjoying lots of lovely fresh air. For the spring/summer months; if it gets really hot we may play with water and therefore get wet. With this in mind I have put together a list of the things your child will need to bring with them to holiday club, obviously some of these items will depend on the weather conditions that day (but with the changeable British weather it is probably best to pack for all eventualities):
• Packed lunch and 2 healthy snacks.
• Named water bottle – we can refill water bottles throughout the day
• Sunscreen (named)
• Sun hat
• Rain coat
• Wellies
• Trainers / shoes suitable for running around in
• Suitable clothing for playing outside (that you don’t mind getting dirty)
• Long sleeve t-shirt and long trousers (to protect from the sun, biting insects and nettles – particularly when we visit the woods)
• Towel
• Change of clothes

If it is a cooler time of year please also pack:
Warm clothes / clothes to layer up
Waterproofs
Wellies
Hat
Gloves
Spare socks
Snood/scarf

When you drop off your child a member of staff will greet you either on the school field or at the PAWS building ( the smaller building to the left of the main school). Please use the PAWS gate to access the yard.
If for any reason you need to cancel your child’s holiday club session please let us know as soon as possible. Please see our terms and conditions regarding payments.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch either by email or telephone.
We look forward to seeing your child/children at holiday club.
