Terms & Conditions

By booking a PAWS session, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Care & Responsibility: PAWS is a play care facility, legally responsible for my child/children while they are signed in. They remain in PAWS’ care until collected and signed out by a named responsible adult (16+).

Attendance & Payments: I will inform PAWS if my child cannot attend a booked session. Full payment is required one week before the session start date, and no refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Updates & Communication: I am responsible for keeping PAWS informed of any changes to my child’s information.

Messy Play: My child may engage in messy activities, and I will provide appropriate clothing.

Collection & Late Fees: Holiday Club runs from 9 AM – 5 PM. If I am late, I will inform PAWS. A late fee of £7 per 15 minutes applies after closing. If my child is not collected within one hour and no contact can be made, PAWS is legally required to contact Social Services.

Personal Belongings: PAWS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Accidents & Emergencies: If my child has an accident, a qualified first aider will provide care, and I will be informed as soon as possible. If urgent medical treatment is needed and I am unavailable, a senior PAWS staff member may sign consent forms on my behalf.

Confidentiality & Safeguarding: My child’s information will be securely stored and treated as confidential. However, PAWS may share details with relevant agencies (e.g., police, social services) if safeguarding concerns arise.

Policies & Procedures: I have read and understood the PAWS policies and procedures, available at www.pawspreschool.co.uk, and I can request a paper copy at any time.
